Exchange eligibility
An exchange request must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. The suit must be unused, unwashed, unstitched and returned with its original packaging, tags and accessories.
Items that have been cut, stitched, washed, damaged after delivery or used are not eligible for exchange. Slight colour variation caused by lighting, photography or screen settings is not considered a defect.
Wrong or damaged item
If you receive the wrong article or an item with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and share clear photos or an unboxing video. After verification, AMD Collection will arrange the appropriate replacement or resolution and will bear the applicable delivery cost.
Change-of-mind exchange
For an eligible change-of-mind exchange, the customer is responsible for return and re-delivery charges. The replacement is subject to stock availability and any price difference.
Refunds
We primarily offer exchanges. A refund may be considered only when a verified wrong or defective item cannot be replaced.
